@amanda85 I understand that you want more levels to play every week. You are no alone on that. The problem is that the making of new levels is a long complicated process that takes time. The Game Team is doing their best to have as many levels ready as possible every week.

Three episodes are released usually every week, but if more levels are already ready, then an extra episode will be released as well.

@Mary_Kay @Deryck All the Holiday events are released worldwide for all players, but at times some tech issues prevent that you see some of the events on some devices. Please make sure the app is updated and also force close the app and restart the device and see if that helps to get the events live.
