King makes better money from ad views than paid bonus features. They cannot be in 'test' mode because I have been using them for several years now. To have them suddenly disappear unannounced was very disappointing and has caused me to limit my play and stunted my enthusiasm.

All new features and major changes in the game gets always tested first to a group of players to see how it works out and what players think.
The video ads as well are being tested first. More players will get access to these if everything goes as planned and they are appreciated from the players.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
