@Dimadll Hi and welcome, I play via iphone and windows 10 app and normally find that sometimes my iphone will not update till i have restarted the device, not sure why this happens but i would try this to see if it syncs correctly.
Also note that you play via the win 10 app and are doing the pre release levels that these will not update on your phone till the levels are released on mobile and facebook devices

@Dimadll Hi again, I appreciate this but as you mentioned safari assumed you maybe were playing via the browser as well. As said i do play via iphone and on other device ie, android phones you can clear the app cache, but on iphones you can not. I have had connection issues in the past for iphone device when clearing the safari browser has helped so it may be worth a shot you have nothing to lose from it
