Get lost of boosters

I got stuck with FB and couldn't ask friends for lives. I uninstalled the game. Restarted the phone. Re-installed the game. When I came back all my 11 coconut wheels that I've saved were gone and two of my color bombs too. How can I get help to get them back? Thanks

unfortunately the boosters are saved in the device's memory and when you uninstalled the game, the data disappeared. If you had any purchased unused boosters, you can get them back by messaging King support, but the other boosters are sadly lost 😔.

If you had bought power-ups, you can get them back by sending a message to technical support directly from your game in the "contact us" section; from the community we do not control purchases.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
