I have not been able to get friend request and can not send requests

It has been a month or so since I have not been able to get friend request and can not send requests. Is there a reason I enter names to send then page goes blank

As our games are played by millions of people around all around the world, this means sometimes there can be a delay in messages being delivered, due to sheer volume.
This is something we're constantly working to improve, however it does also rely on some factors which are outside our control, such as linked social media networks and internet providers.
If you're experiencing intermittent issues, we would recommend re-sending the request and if possible, check with your friend that they're receiving and responding to them.

@Doug_Pat_Brown Hi and welcome, Hopefully the information from @Glenn1972 has helped you with this, but i would also like to add that a few people do have an issue with sending and receiving lives. This is currently being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix for this issue at present

There is currently a problem with sending and receiving lives between the connection between facebook and King. Many players have this problem. We'll have to wait for it to be fixed.
