Here is a link to the information from Life on FB. The other is. That the events come and go. You can have it again tomorrow. For this purpose, the player groups are selected at random. There are test groups that change. I hope this helps!!

The Treat Calender is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return
There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

I've had the Treat Calendar for AGES. I didn't have a problem with it freezing. It's been missing now for 2 weeks. Other people have it and have never lost it. It's not fair that we are missing out on boosters all this while. I don't know why I would be part of a 'test group'. What sort of test is it...testing our patience?

I am not playing through Internet Explorer. I don't get the Treat Calendar regardless of whether I use Chrome or Microsoft Edge. It's nearly a month now....and apparently from other posts, I'm not an isolated incident. All players should have the sae benefits on all servers.

I will try to explain it to you better, so that you understand that it is fair.
All King game features and events are temporary test functions that the Studio randomly launches to groups of players. Which means they are not always available and not for all players. Sometimes some have them and sometimes others have them. Sometimes some are lucky and get some feature for a long time, as is your case with the sweet calendar, but during all that time that you have enjoyed it, many other players had never seen it. Like other players, they will have functions that you have never seen before. It is impossible to launch these features and events for all players at once, as the game would not work, the server would crash.
There are millions of players, and the events are shared between all sooner or later
