@kmyers Hi and welcome. You will need to create a new game and contact customer support using the contact us at bottom of page and give them the level you are on and your game ID and they can restore you levels on your new game.
The only other option is our CM maybe able to help you with this but he is currently away and not sure when he is back

you may asked your game ID here to know your game id please Open profile section of your game and Dubble tap on the king logo which is located on the Top Center Area.
Tell here your problem in other option and provide your game ID.
CM will Restore your progress manually.

Each game is assigned to one account only. Unfortunately as you mentioned that you have saved it to a wrong account. The only choice you have is now as mentioned above is to contact player support. Explain them everything may be they have the option to remove your wrong account and replace it with correct one. Otherwise they can manually restore your progress onto a new game.

Understood that you have saved your progress in an invalid email. Please log out from that email.
Use the blue Facebook connect button i.e. "Continue with Facebook" and link your game to the Facebook profile currently active on your device. This should saved your game in your Facebook. Please remember to log in to your Facebook first.

You can log in to your King account on King.com and change the email in your account settings.
If you have forgot the password, then the only option is to create a new account with the correct address. Then let me know the Game ID on your new account and the level you were on and I will manually restore it to the same level.

Forgetting the password is never a problem, as there are solutions to restore it and create a new one, but we cannot help you in any way if you do not remember the email account with which you signed in to play. You should attach some identifying information, for example your player ID; maybe you had it written down, didn't you write down your email address somewhere?
