i try to load my game through facebook but it cant using desktop mozilla but my son can load his game through the same channel later?

@lawrencetan Hi and welcome, are using the same device . try checking your browser is up to date and log out and clear your browser cache. Then restart your device and log back in and see if this solves your issue

open chrome

clear cache

restart open chrome

logged out n log in facebook

go to candy crush

after 5 minutes still not loading

@lawrencetan Hi Again, check all you windows 10 updates are up to date and try downloading the latest version of Edge see if this helps or alternatively try uninstalling chrome and reinstalling again.I use Chrome and Edge for King games and have no issues on either now , but for a few weeks i did have issues on chrome, but they are ok now

@lawrencetan Hi, Have you tried another browser and are you getting any error messages ? Strange this works a lot of the time for browser issues
