Mine game has been stuck for a very long time. I haven't been able to get anything extra in a year. I miss those little extras.

Having this problem—no wheel, no ads, no extra chances. Also have not received bonus lollipop hammers and such in a long time. Also game progress will not be saved across devices despite having same version of iOS on devices. My ID is 10377691917. Is this really the only way to get technical support?

This is not a connection issue. Huawei phones don't have Google play services therefore won't direct us to store since candy crush is a Google play store game. King community is very well aware of this and should have had a solution by now for phones that don't operate on Google.
