i had over 110 golden bar, don’t remember exactly number. I just finished a race and got 10 golden bar. So I checked how many total golden bars I have now. I am shocked that I only have 67. Which means I had 57 before this race. So I lost over 60 golden bars without using it at all!! I can’t believe this kind of thing could happen. Please look into it and give them back to me!

Hello and welcome to the community, for any missing gold bars you will need to contact Player Support.
Please provide Player Support your game ID so gold bars can be added into your account.

@lisashi Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you, but the community cannot deal with gold bar issues. you will need to contact customer support as they should have detailed information on your gold bars
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

This sounds like you may have run into the same thing that happened to me. After losing all my lives, the game AUTOMATICALLY contacted the server to spend 69 gold bars for "unlimited lives"! I absolutely did not press the button to buy those lives, and even worse -- this happened to me multiple times! Every time it happened it was on my Samsung Android tablet, so not sure if it's a problem with just that platform??
Anyway... I still have no idea why it happened, but the good news is that King Support was really great, and gave those gold bars back to me. If you go to the "Contact support" link and choose "Problem with purchases" in the "Choose a topic" dropdown I'm sure they will help you.
P.S. There is a thread in "Ideas" about "Confirming Before Spending Gold Bars". You may want to add a vote there!!

It is so strange! I submitted the player support for missing over 60 golden bars. I got a email back says that they automatically matched my question to “I have no more new levels in my game” I am speechless 😶
I put in the “ general question “ . If I choose “ problem with purchase” , which following subtopic I should choose?
unsuccessful purchase

payment queries

Contacting customer support is pointless. They never respond and just send automated emails back. I still haven't got my 10 gold bars back from the crash candy crush did.

Yes, I got those automated emails too! Very frustrating, but if you reply back to the email, eventually a real person will answer you. I chose "accidental purchase" for the subtopic and explained that the game took 69 gold bars for unlimited lives when I DID NOT click that button to buy them! It took a few days to get a response from a real person, but when I did, they were really great and gave my bars back. FYI, you may have to "reply" to that email a couple of times to get a response, but keep trying and eventually it should reach a human being!
