Candy crush not loading

Hi,

I cannot get candy crush saga to load on my iPhone Xs max. I have the latest software update for both the phone and candy crush.

when I open candy crush on facebook or the app on my phone, it just sits on the initial loading page for hours. It never actually loads the game. I do not want to delete and reinstall the game in fears that I will lose my progress and boosters.

please help!

You can delete the Cache

Hi, that did not solve the problem.

I have cleared the cache, restarted my iphone, made sure i have 2gb free, and am up to date on software.

Hi and Welcome to our Community

Some iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) have an issue where the game gets stuck on the loading screen at start.

We are working on a fix for this and hopefully the game will be back on track shortly.

I will post any updates or news on this on the thread here.

@pgenelin Hi and welcome, As explained above there is an issue with the newer iphones. Kepe an eye on the post below as our CM will update this when a fix is found for the issue
