How does a person actually reach King tech support?

I have been trying to open a ticket to reset my Candy Crush Saga account. I checked the support forums and saw that I need to open a ticket. After three attempts, ticket 10410013 was sent to my email. Since then I have made three replies but are only getting automatic responses that are not even close to my request. How do I get a response from an actual tech?

Your game has now been reset. Please reinstall the app on your device before opening it the next time so the cache memory on the device won't restore it.

When opening the game after the reinstall, connect to your Facebook account and it should start on level 1 again.

@Mguinther Your game is still reset to level 1 in our system, so you should be able to download it again and be on level 1 when opening it.
