I have been trying to open a ticket to reset my Candy Crush Saga account. I checked the support forums and saw that I need to open a ticket. After three attempts, ticket 10410013 was sent to my email. Since then I have made three replies but are only getting automatic responses that are not even close to my request. How do I get a response from an actual tech?

I can also reset your game if you have issues contacting Player Support.
Please let me know your Game ID so I can find your game in our system.

Your game has now been reset. Please reinstall the app on your device before opening it the next time so the cache memory on the device won't restore it.
When opening the game after the reinstall, connect to your Facebook account and it should start on level 1 again.
