The game I'm talking about is Candy Crush Saga. The Issue I'm talking about occurred on February 14/Valentine's Day. It was a Valentine's Day special. It was for 12 hours of unlimited life and 12 hours boosters. Around seven o'clock oh people came over and put my phone down and misplaced it or got moved and didn't find it again until today I got out and I realized old. it's been longer than 12 hours but not by much and I lost that paid for special and I some of the things you did will ensure Facebook change the way people play my level currently 4496. That's nothing to shake a stick at LOL. Was it possible that I can neither get a refund or more importantly the same deal because the money isn't what I wantedI wanted what you guys offer I wanted the great offer.I usually don't care what one ofAnd one more thing if it can be done you're suddenly to the point I REALLY DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO DO THIS.

you can't tell the difference when you're going online with Facebook or they're going online with King. I lost the special on Valentine's Day which was to last for 12 hours I'm wondering is there anyway I can get it back. They really should consider when people buy things and they have to go somewhere or do something that when they pause and leave the screen on the should not lose what they purchased. That is a big pet peeve of mine it'. may be of deal breaker shortly

Whenever you buy boosters in any King games, these are delivered directly into the memory of the device you're playing on, and aren't synchronized by your player profile. This means if you win a booster it'll be delivered only once, to the device you're playing on at the time, and it won't be visible across multiple devices linked to the same player profile.
Unlimited Lives and boosters are controlled by a timer, so when they're won or bought, the clock will begin to 'tick' down until the timer reaches 00:00 and your game returns to the usual way of using lives. It's important to know that the lives and boosters will continue expiring when you're not playing.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
