I lost my level 3000ish level progress

This morning I found out that both my phone and tablet had reverted to level 1.
So I came to this support site to find help and I found some articles that said to try a few things.
So I went ahead and tried the following:
1- logged in from facebook again.
2- Log in from Apple's login.
3- Restored from icloud.
Sadly nothing has worked. Please help me out!

@Emougogiannis Hi and welcome, You would need to cherck your device and game are up to date, clear cache from app store or browser, restart your device and then log back in ensuring the correct details to see if your progress is shown
If not please see post below for help getting your levels manually restored, but you will only get level and each will show 2 stars. you will not get any boosters gold bars, scores or lives if your game is manually restored

If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom or Apple ID your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. If the game progress does not return by logging in, please confirm me with which account you saved the game.
If you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress will be completely lost. In that case we can arrange for your game progress to be restored via manual reset to your new account.

I did not play Candy Crush soda for 1 week. when I returned the 300 level that I was at was gone. I ws started back at 1, my figure was different and it was no longer in English but something that looked like Dutch. what on earth went on? How can I resume playing something I enjoyed very much? Please help.
