I have lost my boosters to choose from and I lost my daily win. I am on level 4598 and when I click on the level to play there are no boosters to choose from and I have also lost my daily win and I was on daily win Level 5. Why would these be eliminated from my levels?
@dap58 Hi and welcome, There are levels in the game that are tutorial levels that boosters are not allowed to be used on. This will be one of them
The daily win is a test feature so this is not guaranteed to be in your game, it is given to groups of randomly selected people so you may just not be in that group now or it could be missing due to a temporary issue

Hello and welcome, in the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
However, you need to contact our player support to get the purchased boosters back.
If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
