my partner plays candy crush on his iphone and ipad yesterday he lost everything on his ipad he phon
my partner plays candy crush on his iphone and ipad, yesterday he lost everything on his ipad
he phoned you and you reinstated it on his ipad but unfortunately he could only play with 2 stars
and a few other things were missing, he then played on his iphone which was fine. on returning
to his ipad today he remains on the same level as yesterday nothing he has done on his iphone has
transferred, he tried turning off and on and reinstating it but to no joy

@jacky7 Ok if he has a facebook account on iphone and he has the details
On the ipad uninstall the game and facebook clear the cache from Safari (important even though you playing on app). then log out and restart the device. Reinstall the app and try signing in to the game with his iphone details and this should connect to his game. then reinstall facebook after if needed.

@jacky7 Hi and welcome, I am a bit lost with this as if he had is levels on one device and they were saved with a king or facebook account he should not need to have had is ipad restored. know it sounds like they are 2 different game accounts.
I will need you to check the game IDs on both devices and tell me what these are to be able to try to help you here

@jacky7 This will be long winded as not sure what is the original device and had is original levels on. Can you sign in and out of this, not the device that has been restored. you have two different game ID's as you now have two accounts. Whoever told you to restore an account when you had a device with your levels on was wrong and was not needed.
If you can not sign in and out of priganal device what account is it King or Facebook
