How can I restore my friends?

I love playing the game, but some sort of notice came about choosing friends. I thought I choose all of them but they are ALL gone. How do I get them back? Also, I used to be able to send friends lives. Now I can only do it when they ask, but they are ALL gone. HELP!

In fact, the community account must be confirmed with your email and is mandatory. You will get a link in your email inbox by clicking on the "HERE" option and when you click on that link your account will be confirmed. You will not find these messages once you have confirmed the account.

Can anyone explain why I have these on my screen in the support area here? How to get rid of them? They keep piling up as I search. I can't read what I'm writing. I hope its readable.

Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser to make sure the fix reaches your game.

Open Facebook , click more tools and Clear browsing data and log in to facebook and open Game PRS

Someone from the King community responded and advised me what to do, but I am so UNSAVVY on the internet that I could not find the area that was mentioned. I have no idea how to clear my cache. And I really am upset that I must of hit the thing that deleted everyone. Please help me get them back!

@Bellalauren Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date clear the cache from your app store or browser , log out and and restart your device . then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Also check your Facebook app settings and make sure everything is active

II try to reach out to Player Support Team through the game but I only get the same automated reply over and over no matter what subject i choose. and there is no "chat with us' but a "contact us"

My invite button isn’t working. I already told the bot about it. I am waiting for response from team via email. Does anybody on this platform have any suggestions?
Old link expired
HOW and WHERE do you request a NEW link to verify your email address when the old link has expired? I have been waiting for over 48 hours but nothing is happening. I know you can play the game even if your email address is not verified, but it is very frustrating not to get any answers on how to do it.
