If I reset Candy Crush Saga which I play on Facebook will I lose all my progress?

Game has been stuck in loading for the past week.

Never could get Candy Crush to load on Facebook. Been stuck for over 10 days.

Finally just downloaded seperate app onto my desktop.

However, now Pet Rescue is doing the same thing!

Is there something wrong with King games loading on Facebook?

I am using a desktop computer.

Running Windows 10.

Playing both Candy Crush and Pet Rescue through Facebook. Have for years.

Now neither one of them will load. Just gets stuck.

I have tried all of your suggestions. None of them work.

@cmfungames If you have Win 10 why you don't play using Microsoft apps. You can install it from Microsoft Store and after installing you will enter using your Facebook account.

I am not playing on my phone. I am playing on a desktop computer, logged into my Facebook account and playing thru there. I have been playing both these and other games for over 6 years. But am having trouble with them freezing now. (?)

So are you saying that I need to download something to my computer in order to play again? (older player here and some computer technologies have passed me up-having a hard time keeping up with what i need to do :) )

I do know that my computer is up to date,

Google Chrome is up to date,

I have cleared the cache,

I have tried to open the games in other platforms (Microsoft Edge),

I have tried deleting and reinstalling Candy Crush - none of these things have worked.

What am i missing ?

I did it!

I downloaded both games to my desktop and opened using Facebook. This transferred my progress to my computer desktop.

I can play again!!

I am still confused as to why they both stopped working on Facebook after i have been playing there for years. But, I am happy I can get back to it!!
