@Micke101 Hi and welcome, You should never reinstall and only do this if its a last resort. when you you have done the levels on the app when going to another device it does need to you to log out and in of the game sometimes to get your second device to update the levels from your first, Especially if you change to the second device fairly quickly. What device / platform is your game not syncing too.

Open Windows and play one level closed , log out and log in and Connecting to Facebook or King account .
