Only received 5 gold bars instead of 25

Hello!
I just came in first for the Fast Race and it is not giving me the correct prize. I can't remember if I was supposed to get 25, 20, or maybe even 15 gold bars, but it is only giving me 5 which I haven't claimed so you can see the glitch. I think this may have happened because we had a power failure and I had to reboot the computer. Please help!
Also, on December 20th, I was supposed to be awarded 50 gold bars for reaching 90 levels during that challenge, but I never received them. It might be too late to ask you to fix that, but if you could fix the first glitch I mentioned, I would be very grateful.

@Cat831 Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue.
For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

@Cat831 the 5 gold bars may not be a glitch. When your episode race streak ends, the next reward for first place is smaller than what you used to get. You then need consecutive wins to go back to 15, 20 or 25 gold. And judging by the photo you posted, you no longer have a streak.

Thanks Arwen777, but I actually had a streak. My computer shut down due to a power failure just as I was about to claim it, and when I rebooted, it didn't show the streak. Also, I seem to recall that the lowest prize for 1st place, even without a streak, is 15 bars, but I could be wrong. Anyway, I was on a long streak and excited about it.

Hi Kiara, I am referring the the Holiday challenge referenced in this post: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/322882/i-passed-90-levels-before-sunday-and-i-still-haven-t-received-my-50-bars It seems I was not the only player who didn't receive the Holiday prize of 50 bars for passing 90 levels.
For the first problem where I got 5 gold bars instead of 20 or 25, my very next reward for the streak I was on was 25 bars. The prizes don't jump from 5 to 25. I am hoping that someone can pull up my record, if that's even possible, and see that I was indeed shorted.
