Check your device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not you probably have the long standing connection issue and at present there is no fix for this. You can try contacting customer support to see if they can help you, but at a guess you may have to uninstall and reinstall the game, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERs and LIVES if you do this
