I lost thousands of inventory on my iPad only

In the case of mobile devices the boosters are store on the device itself, which allows you to play off line. If your device or game crashes, you uninstall or even change device, your boosters are lost / not transferable.
Only if you had any unused purchased boosters can you contact customer support and they should help you with these

If you mean from customer support you should get an automated reply have you checked you email spam folder, when you receive this you will need to reply to the automated email with help needed
