Microsoft pay- not getting gold bars but being charged.
Hello,
There have been multiple times that I have purchased 1.99, 2.99, 4.99 offers of unlimited play or gold bars. Candy Crush will say no money has been removed from your acount, BUT but Microsoft charges my credit card. I am up to over $30.00 in charges in the last month. I am going to have to stop buy the bars, if we cant resolve this.

Mine does charge my account even though no play is given. So this is not the same issue. Yes I have tired clearing my history. but this is spuratic and can happen on any dollar amount approved or can do it ok and 5 minutes later have trouble. Then I can chose a different dollar amount, it may go through it may not. The Problem is, I want my money back for the 15 times this has happened now in 2 weeks. Because with the problem I have had just trying to find out how to dispute a billing charge for Candy Crush or even report the problem and get help with it has been horrifying enough were it may just end my bad habit of spending $75.00 (or more) a month on game play.
