- With Candy Shop: 1. I want to propose a new option who obtains free items like gold ingots, boosters and lifes 2. I want to propose a new option who obtains infinity lives forever

Welcome to our community @2048! Your idea is not going to get you much exposure because Candy Crush Saga has their own Ideas area and it would be better to post it there. In that area if you click to start an idea it will add a voting option to your idea. Then the players can vote your idea up. Here is the link: Candy Crush Saga Ideas. Hello @2048 I love your enthusiasm for the game, and from what you have written I guess you have been playing for some time.
If I understand correctly the first part of your idea is asking that all of the old Episodes are reintroduced. This idea is a favourite request of a lot of people that miss the old Episodes, and do not like the ten new Episodes that have replaced the old ones. Unfortunately the new Episodes were introduced as an improvement to the game, so it is highly unlikely that King will revert back to the old methods of doing things.
Similarly your third idea that is asking for free boosters, lives & gold is also a common request. You will find in the Master List of Ideas that asking for more/free rewards by way of an idea has been banned.
As for your second idea I must admit that I have never heard of a striped skewer, but I would hazard a guess that if it has been removed from the game then it was removed for a good reason.
