Did you click on "Continue with cost of 10 gold bars"? That will only give you so many more free moves, usually 5, sometimes more. If you still can't finish with the extra moves you have to re-do the level. Purchasing the gold bars does not guarantee finishing the level. Purchasing the gold bars is really only useful when you have only a little more to do to finish the level, otherwise it is a waste.

@qu@quante this also happened to me today! The game just reset itself and my game was lost, of course cuz I was finally doing well. I'm going to email King Support about this, you should also. They are usually very helpful and quick to refund you.

That's the issue, bars were purchased to complete the level and it just reset and lost the game 😪

Yes I completed the purchase that's 2nd picture with the PayPal. It reset frozen and never went back to use my 5 extra moved nor boosters
