I have now sent one email and three responses to customer service. I have two questions -- one is not answered by the FAQs and one relates to a personal problem I experienced. The only replies are a canned email with a link to the FAQs. This is wholly unacceptable. Is there anyway to get actual help??
@karikrolik were you replying to them above the line like they asked? Because they have the annoying habit of ignoring your messages unless they are written in a specific way! 😒🤦♀️I have a yahoo account that doesn't allow me to reply inside king's emails, so I've never been successful at reaching them!
Thank you for all the responses thus far. I do appreciate it. The first question I had, which I expect is "no," is -- Can I turn off automatic boosts?
The second issue I had was that I bought 6 hours of play with my gold. However, 2.5 hours of that play had automatic boosts applied, which I did not want. I do not play with any boosts so I lost half of the time I had bought. So, I asked if there was any way I could recoup 1/2 of the gold.
I'm not sure what you mean by automatic boost😊Can you show me through a screenshot?
On the other hand, if you have any problems with the purchase and want to get a refund, you need to follow the link given below because our community does not handle anything related to the purchase.
Also if you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
By automatic boost I mean when you log in and they say for the next hour you will get a chocolate bomb in every game. Or for the next hour we will start all of your games with special candies. I never use the boosts I have collected and I do not want to use anything they automatically give me.

All timed Boosters in the game that add that Booster to every level during that period cannot be cancelled, paused or moved.
If you don't want those extra boosts that are timed, you will need to wait until the time runs out I'm afraid.
