Hello @foxy The 'how to post a comment' part of your question is fairly easy. If you are reading this then at the bottom of the page you will see a box that says 'type your comment' and a big green 'reply' button.
So to reply to me, or Freddy and Kiara just starting typing where it says 'type your comment' and the click on the reply button.
If you like you can select the 'quote' button that is underneath someone's post to you and that will insert that persons post into your reply. At the same time it will notify the quoted person that you have 'spoken' to them.
Some of the where to post has been pointed out by Kiara and Freddy already. But another answer is that you can post anywhere you like. If you see a discussion that you like, just join in. Don't be shy, no one will be annoyed with you.
The other place you can post a comment is in a discussion that you have started. So you can post in this discussion just to say thanks to Freddy & Kiara, and that will give you one more comment to you post count.
You can also comment again in your previous discussion about unlimited lives. I have linked your previous discussion below. Click on the View Post and then start writing in the box at the bottom of your screen where it says 'type your comment'. You can just say thanks, or you can let me know if you are still having issues purchasing stuff.

You have a lot of useful information above from @kiara_wael , but the easiest way to level up and also collect some reaction badges as well in the shortest time is to play some of the word and numbers games in the gun areas. you will find a lot and each forum has its own games.
If you have any issues with them there are a lot of people who play them that would help you if you do not understand any
