Did not receive what I purchased

I pd for fireworks season offer $14.99. It's still pending at my bank. When will I receive my purchase. I pd on 8/26/2021 around 9:13

i bought the product 4,99-didnt gety pt=roduct-i redid it but it just went back to store-now it charged my bank 499 twice
