Why can't I check my mail for lives?

This won't let me check my mail for lives sent to me. Is it because I'm not connected to fb anymore?

Welcome to the community, @mia73! Your mailbox looks exactly like mine. It might be because you have no mail. If that isn't the case, there is a section in the Help Center in Candy Crush about this. I hope I've answered you question. Have a great day!

Hi @mia73 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 As @Crimson_Dawn said your envelope is empty which means you don't have lives received from your friends right now. It might be that your friends are not sending lives or even some Facebook glitch as we were witnessing a lot of their glitches these days. Please let me know if it changed.
