Totally Bizarre, Purchased $1.99 so i could continue the game, and it didn't work....

Hello, i am at Level 5778.
I purchased $1.99 after using my own gold bars, and i still needed more moves.
It promised me 17 more moves and gold bars.
When i purchased it, it said "purchase done" but didn't return to the game although i got the gold bars.
I finally had to click on the X, and of course, it told me that i had lost....
This is the first time it happens.
Something clearly went wrong as i always see the game and the moves that i was promised when i do that.
It only gave me gold bars, but the 17 moves never materialized. And that was what i paid for....
Please get me back to the game, i only had 6 squares left. Playing on my Mini Pad.
I do need those moves as this level was very difficult......
Otherwise, please just reimburse me.

Got a nice person who helped me and got my gold bars back.
The funny thing is that i finally passed that level without gold bars. But they came in handy for the next level.
You are all very helpful at Candy Crush!
