@SigaM Hi and welcome, Check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
Also try disconnecting your wifi while in the game for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps
If not please see post below, this issue is being investigated but is a complex issue and we have no time frame at present on a fix for this. Game IDis no longer needed but they helped identify the issue

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
