I've had this chocolate box issue for almost a week now... along with this one where it shows us as reaching the goal but doesn't give us anything. I've cleared the cache, force stopped and even reinstalled the game, nothing worked...

This keeps happening to me, although once I did get the reward. It just seems when you complete the last one on the second level of the chocolate box it freezes and you lose your rewards!!! Very frustrating and wonder if it’s a ploy to get you to buy more bonuses yourself rather than winning them!! Cynical I know but happening to often!
Hello Clare, whilst your F5 screenshot shows 7000/7000 there is no green tick in the last circle. This probably means you are suffering from the well known F5 graphics glitch. All you need to do is to keep playing until you get a tick in the last circle. Also if you add up the individual scores of your team you will note that they do not add up to 7000. I normal circumstances the Fantastic Five glitch will resolve itself.
Yes, I understand that the amounts don't add up but they've been changing every time, they've been higher and then dropped, then up again..not sure what's going on
How are compensate that?
It is now September 29th.. I still have the error..and no way of collecting bonus Via chocolate box.. to be honest this is pretty pathetic
It's happened to me two or three times. Hope we get those credits back.
