I can't find anywhere to put this comment. For the last 3 days I have had a connection error which says to try later. I have tried updating, clearing cache etc but nothing works.
Hi @Von_3 Support is the best area to ask about issues you have with any game feature.
There are a few well known 'connection error' issues at the moment. One is the Chocolate Box, another is Sam's Streak, and another is a long running connection error for which I think there is no solution. If it is the last one that you are suffering from then I think deleting the app is your only option, but I am not sure if even that is guaranteed to help you. I will try and find the article and get back to you.

Well none of the people answering (including me) have any real knowledge about the issues we just use the Help Center articles to give people the best help we can, but Support is still the best area when asking a question.

My new chocolate box won't load, says can't connect to server. Lost my reward. Everything else is loading and working fine. What's up?

I have already posted here some columns that can not be done if there are no new levels. Here another one look what I have to choice
option 1: To win 4 new levels (the last picture show what I will win)
Option 2: To use 4 UFO (the last picture show what I will win)
option 3: To use 2 party booster (the last picture show what I will win)
option 4: To win 4 crown new levels, to pass them in first try (the last picture show what I will win)
This will be the prize 10 Gold bars for 4 UFO or 2 party booster. King is this real?

I am always using the option 1 and i always win the prize.
Learn when to use that option. If the levels are easy pick it. If hard do the candies first.
I usually choose the option on the third. So when tomorrow comes for the prize what option left is the easy one.

The Facebook outage on Monday messed everything up. Yesterday I should have done another job for the deluxe box. Suddenly there was no longer any question of that. For the missing task I got the normal box of chocolates. Then I was able to do three tasks for the deluxe version (there are only 4 tasks a day). Earlier I got the message that the time had run out.

@Tzvi_Marcu you have the same box of chocolates as my girlfriend. She first gets a "normal", then a silver, then the golden one with 10 gold bars. With me, the normal and di golden alternate. I don't get a silver one and the golden one has 20 gold bars with me.

@DieOmimi You have the same Box with my wife account. Every 3 days collecting 20 Gold Bars my is terible

Yes @Tzvi_Marcu. And you have the same box of chocolates as my girlfriend. She must always use boosters in the silver one that she does not own or create 4 new levels. It's only in the 4600s levels and has real problems because there are a lot of heavy and super heavy levels, sometimes right after each other.
But my golden box of chocolates has a timer. I have to get them done within 2 days (which is not a problem for me). My girlfriend's version doesn't have a timer.
