Can't open any info boutt the tournament just flashes black screen and nothing else

I can't take a screenshot of it I'm trying to explain the best I can. I click on the all stars star on the top right but it just flashes a faint black screen and nothing happens if doesn't show me any info or the leader board it just doesn't open at all
