contacting app store issue

At the end of my board I am getting contacting app store. I also am have a candy box issue. It shows item completed but no box in events. Not sure if I have any other issues. This has been going on for about 2 weeks.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Update for today, now my game does not see my wifi. My other programs are using my wifi with no problem. What should I do?

Can you confirm once again whether your game is fully connected to the server? Because if your game is not connected to the server, you may face such problems.

Anyway have you tried to find the solution by following the steps given above or below?

Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

I have closed and open. I have tried to sign in. I get messages that say no internet. I did not have problems before and do not have problem with other internet programs. still need a fix

Can you try to fix the problem by logging out of the game and re-logging in?

Also, if you find an error message, show me the screenshot.
