Any update on chocolate box
Hello @mshernandez79_ any update regarding the Chocolate Box server error will be provided in the thread that is dedicated to the issue.
I still have trouble navigating this help community. I posted one other time about my chocolate box. At first it was still showing up but saying a server error. Then it was gone for good and someone told me I may have been a test player and it had run its course. Well...... Then it started showing up again but I was still unable to access it. Does anyone have any updates on what is going on with that? My apologies for not being savvy enough to look for myself. Please and thank you
I just posted about the chocolate box and I also wanted to add I am still getting the banner at the top after every round telling me my progress in that particular selection. For example apparently the last selection I made when the chocolate box was working was purple candy pieces. So it is telling me 270/270 have been crushed. But it's not actually going back to any candy box. Just thought I'd add that detail if anybody can offer any further assistance

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.

The server error were way more complicated than expected, therefore the fix is taking this long time.
The Game Team are counting to have a fix in place for the Chocolate Box in early November.
I'll keep you updated as soon as the fix has been confirmed!
Just roll back the app update to before the error and update again when it is fixed.. it is a very simple solution .
That makes no sense, its a server issue, not an app issue. If the app cannot communicate with the server, a rollback is not going to fix that.
