How can I get my gold bars restored that disappeared without explanation? I had over 100 and now I have 76. I have not used them.
There doesnāt seem to be anyone who helps? Kind of on your own I keep losing gold bars left and right itās just tiring playing the game winning them and then losing them.
I just lost 31ā¦.Iām ready to quit this game
I am also missing gold bars purchased. When I email support I get a bot response referring to boosters. This is unacceptable. I would like to receive what I purchased in good faith without further delay - or a full refund

Did you make sure that you did not spend them on a level for extra moves or to purchase boosters?
You can contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
You will receive an automated email as an acknowledgement. It is not an actual response from the King team. Please wait for 3 to 5 days to hear back from an actual agent. If you do not receive any reply even then, send a reply to that automated email you received on the first day.
NOTE: Please do not send more than one complaint as it will only delay the process. The Player Support is a very busy team! Hence, it could take a while for you to receive help!

my gold bars have disappeared I had about 100 now I have got 8
I had atleast 28 gold bars up to a few hous ago. I has 3 and then I won 25 more lastnight. I stopped playing for a few hours and now I'm ready to play, all my boosters along with my 25 gold bars are gone. I'm so mad because I won those gold bars after having to purchase some along with boosters to pass particular levels.

Gold bars are usually not lost if you do not purchase something through them. However, if you feel they have been lost without your use, you should contact our Player Support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
