my levels not updating in facebook

There is nothing to fear and you will have each level but each old level will have two stars. For example, you passed a level with one star and another level with 3 stars, but after resetting, each level will have two stars but you will not lose any level😀
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Game progress - Game did't save - Scroll down - Contact us and send them an email.
Of course mention there what level you were at.
The contact form will be as follows.
After you send the mail, you will receive an email from Player Support😎

Now I reached the level 4131, but still showing in facebook as level 11, not sync.
I updated the ipdad and the applications (facebook and candycrush), i tried to log out and login but still not updating in facebook.

i scroll up and i saw the level 4131 is there, i played and win 1 level
now am in level 4132
but as you can see from below, its showing again that am stuck down , the level 4132 is opened for me to play, but my name still stuck down in level 11

is there any solution to sync from my ipad to facebook , i cant reset and lose all my levels its more than 4000 levels for couple of years of playing.
is there any solution or i need to delete my most lovely game from my life ?

The only solution is to reset the game progress and of course you can play again from 4132 level.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaIf you reset game progress from Player Support, all your game progress will be erased and you will automatically have 2 stars in every level. This will mean that none of your gold pin or high scores will transfer, but you are able to continue from where you left off.
