Hi how do I challenge friends it’s on my game but doesn’t let me

@BOOBOO1111 It happen to me too. I agree every one that ask but not sure if every one understand that this can help to other if you don't win.

Hi BOOBOO1111 I wish I could help you, but I am in the same boat as you. I have Challenge a Friend in my game I click on play, complete a level and nothing happens.
Maybe @Colleen12 could help as I know she made the feature work. Overall though the Challenge feature seems to be riddled with faults.

So I have found a few things out since this post. First of all you have to complete a hard level, or level on first try in order to issue a challenge. This should automatically pop up in your game.
If you play on multiple devices like me there seems to be some gliche depending on which device you accepted the challenge on. So if I accept the challenge on my laptop but I complete the challenge on my phone it does not recognize the challenge as complete until it is actually completed on the laptop.
Sometimes you can also have multiple challenges happening on different devices, but in order to receive the booster you need to complete the challenge on each device in which it one was accepted.
If you issue a challenge and your friend completes the challenge within 24 hours they win the booster and also get an opportunity to reissue the challenge back to you. This works both ways if your friend issues the challenge to you and you win you get the opportunity to reissue the challenge back to your friend.

There must be a glitch in my Challenge, as I have completed quite a few levels on the first try, and a few Hard levels. Nothing related to the Challenge pops up after I complete the levels though.

@Alienscar Sounds like we’re have the exact same issue. Challenge a friend showed up in my game a few weeks ago. I’ve selected “play” and have passed multiple hard levels but same thing happens which is nothing. Nothing pops up to start a challenge after completing said levels.

@mdstuff9 yeah I keep pressing play on the Challenge feature, it opens my next level and then nothing. I have done all the trouble shooting stuff, and still nothing. Just chalk it up as another poorly designed and delivered feature along with Sam's Streak and the Deluxe Chocolate Box.

I usually get one opportunity to challenge each friend daily regardless of the number of hard levels or first try levels that I complete. My active Candy Crush friend list is small so I have to be selective when I issue a challenge. Most times the challenge goes unaccepted.

@Colleen12 I haven't actually got any 'real' friends in my game. All of my 'friends' are just those people in my leader board. Do you think that makes any difference to how the feature works?

Absolutely, I play on Facebook and use my King Account on different devices. These are my actual Facebook Friends that play Candy Crush who have accepted my Friend Request. If you have Candy Crush on Facebook you select your profile picture and here you can add friends or send lives. So I am issuing the challenge to my real friends not some unknown "Player".
