Like some other posters above, I am unable to connect to the king.com website. This support forum works okay, but king.com does, not does the Candy Crush game on the king.com website. Instead I get the king logo below and a RECAPTCHA in the lower right corner. This issue began on Wednesday or Thursday of last week. It occurs on multiple browsers, multiple computers, and several posters above have noted the same thing. So I don't think the issue is on my side.
Has King made a statement about the issue? Is there a plan to fix it? Or is king.com planning to not longer support games on their website, per the Royal Games news statement someone posted above?
Note that I realize that Candy Crush still works on other platforms besides the website. My computer does not support the PC App, so instead I have been using BlueStacks on my PC to emulate an Android phone. This is awkward, laggy, and caused me to loose all my boosters; but at least I can play the game.
Hi all,
Our tech team are still not able to find the cause of this issue.
If you still are having issues to get King.com site to load properly, could you please confirm to us that you have cleared the cache and cookies on your browser and that the browser is updated to the latest version?
Hello Crazy Cat Lad,
I have cleared my cache and king.com cookies and am still not able to load king.com on my iMac. I have the latest version of Chrome I can install on my system. King.com will not load. I get a blank page with the "King" logo in the center. . . . I had noticed that weeks prior to this, i was getting blank user and team member profiles. I play Candy Crush Soda everyday and the updates have created blank areas but the game was fully functioning. I figured it would straighten itself out in a few days, but it persisted until one day the entire website did not load. Not working today still after clearing all the data. . . . .
Thank you, . . . hope they can get it all sorted out. . . . . R.
