Welcome to the King Community.
The icon of the session pass feature will always be in claim mode but you will find the main option of reward claim in the feature. Normally, the feature icon should be like that whenever a task is completed in the feature🙈However, you will only find the claim button in the feature as shown in the picture below.
This is probably a graphics problem, but I will let our team know about it.

Force close the app and restart the device. If you miss a reward please report this to our Player Support Team here,
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

I've had a previous issue and reinstalled my cansy crush and this after a while showed up as the same

Are you playing the Free Pass side, or the gold Pass side? If you are only playing the Free Pass side then there is something still left to claim, and that is the Gold Pass rewards.

I just bought the gold pass and still getting the claim bitton and nothing to claim

Can you post a screenshot of your event please nutz. Buying the gold pass means that you have unlocked every tier. Is that what you have done?

Same thing with me; the even rewards are blank and my game keeps telling me I have a reward to claim. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE CODE

My gold pass is missing every other reward ~ can’t claim 2,4,6 etc etc

Every other one is not showing up and it is telling me to claim the prize, but you can't claim it if it's not showing up. Can you help?
