I saw that this error has been corrected but Iām having the same issue. Iāve downloaded the latest version from the Apple store - 1.214.0.1. Still getting the error cannot connect to the server.

Coming back to this chocolate box issue , almost 12-14 mails I can see everyday about the comments on this community regarding issue in chocolate box . Now my point is it has been more than a fortnight since this issue had occurred . I would urge the players to stop wasting their time to make these king ppl understand . They are most unthankful ppl ever . I think they donāt und that itās the players who get the ball rolling . I am literally fed up raising issues and complaining to king all the time about one issue or other . I am on level 10,520 so for me this chocolate box is a waste anu which ways ⦠you canāt use your party boosters or your UFO for stupid time based booster . No doubt earlier it was okay in between it was good when one used to get one UFO and 20 hod bars , but again they fucked it up .
Even at levels , they are always having issue some or other , their testing team is good for nothing and they are creating shit every day . Period
I see a message says it's fixed but it is not for me ... I keep getting this error too. When will you fix this? I hope you will give us back some of what we have lost?
I have played this game for years and never had a problem. I have got the Chocolate box error now for a second time. I cure it by logging out, deleting the app and reloading it (as recommended). However, each time I loose all my goodies. Being on level 3036 you really need them! Is there anyway of getting all your hard work back?

Itās not fixed. I even deleted the app and reloaded it losing all my boosters and it worked until I got to the third box as it does every time and then I get this error. Playing on iPhone 12ā¦latest iOS update and latest version of the app.
My candy box just keeps saying server couldn't be contacted. If it isn't going to work maybe we could have a replacement of another game to get rewards. Thank you
I lost Candy Box ages ago. It disappeared as soon as that Kardashian woman was removed. I also can't access anything via King.com anymore. I've asked support about it SEVEN times, but there's been no help. I'm starting to think no one cares about customer service or keeping the game working.

This Server error with the Chocolate Box is now fixed, but you will need to download the latest update to get the fix in your game.
If you still have issues after updating the app and restarting the device, please let us know and post also the app version you have installed.
But for your info, I also do get the feeling things still ain't sorted at all. Lots of people have done all these steps but it didn't help them. Please have another look at it.
