For all those People who are getting frustrated, please take advise , take a chill pill and enjoy . This is a good for nothing useless chocolate box resulting in nothingggggggggggggg !! So Stop increasing your blood pressure for the heck of it . These forums , discussions everything is useless with no way to make your voice reach to the developers . It’s only about how much one player can tolerate this I don’t care attitude of King . That’s it
Why hasn't this issue been resolved- it's been over a month now.

I play on a desktop- I open the app daily, the version I have is 1.2140.1.0- there is no update. I don't want to terminate or uninstall as I am not sure what would happen.
I have had probs with chocolate box for about a month. I now uninstalled, restarted my iPhone, re-installed Candy Crush. Still the same problem accessing the server. I now lost all my boosters AGAIN :-(((. How can you fix the chocolate box and restore all my boosters?
Game is very good but past month I have been less happy. I'm now on lvl 4024
Hello @cande02ca you are right the chocolate box server issue is supposed to be fixed now. Our Community Manager @Crazy Cat Lad has asked that everyone that is still having issues to post their app version in the discussion linked below
Hello @Stefan_123 Unfortunately you aren't the first player to complain that they are still having issues with the Chocolate Box even though the server issue is supposed to have been fixed.
All that you can do at the moment is post what version of the app you have in the Chocolate Box - Server Issue thread as requested by @Crazy Cat Lad
By deleting the app you also deleted your boosters from your iPhone. King will replace any boosters that you paid for, but I believe they do not replace boosters that you won playing the game.
If you did pay for any of your lost boosters you will need to contact Player Support using the link below. You can try using the link to get any free boosters replaced as considering that the server issue is their fault they might give you something as a goodwill gesture

I am still having trouble. My version is 1.214.0.1. Is that the most recent one?
Hi @NavaY do you play on an Apple device? The latest iOS version of the app is 1.214.0.1, for android it is 1.215.0.1.
Please do not uninstall your app as you will lose all of your boosters if you do. You can update the app with deleting it.
On both android and Apple devices you can set the app to update automatically.
