Is anyone else having a problem with videos not working. It starts, almost loads then goes to a black screen. Particularly annoying when I need a couple of moves to complete the level. I’ve played CCS for years so yes I have cleared the cache, restarted the iPad offloaded the app. All endlessly. I’ve more or less given up. After over 10000 levels maybe it’s time I moved on!
Any help anyone
Hi @jeanps to restart the game, log out, restart and log back in. No need to clear the cache. Try it. Does it show a black screen now?

Yes, its happaned to me on my mobile for a few day and now normal again without do anything . Just check your game is up to date . than log out and restart your device and then log back in

Yes, unfortunately this happens too often.
It also happens to me in Soda and in other games.
Most of the time it is related to the advertiser himself and it is not King's fault.
If it continues to occur, the player support must be notified directly from the game.

An update on the black screen syndrome!!
I logged out and in after your advice and everything looked good!
Then this morning I played a bit and got a couple of videos just fine, before the dreaded black screen returned. It seems like it's the Kindle ad that is trying to load when this happens, but obviously I can't be sure. Those with moving graphics seem to work. The static graphic seems to be the problem. And it's only happening in CCS
Anyway, I really appreciate your help.
I've just logged out and in again to see if that may rectify the issue for a little while. Sadly, the very first video that tried to load gave me the black screen again.
Looks like I need to move away from this game for a while!!
