🍫 Chocolate Box - Server error!

This error message above seems to appear in many games in the Chocolate Box.

The same issue is also causing that the feature do not appear at all in the game for some players or suddenly disappearing.

The issue is being looked into and hopefully fixed soon.

I will post any updates or news about the issue on the page here. Please stay tuned and thanks for your patience!

Just downloaded version 1.215.0.1 from the Apple store. Restarted phone. Still getting chocolate box server error.

I got the chocolate box back!!

I've been getting the server error for weeks. I tapped on the server error like 6 or 7 times in a row and TA DA it finally came back. Just won my first prize today!

No logging in and put or anything like that. Just try tapping thru the error multiple times. I hope this works for others!

I clicked on the Chocolate Box it gave me the error. I cleared the error message and In frustration I kept doing this over and over. Finally another chocolate box showed up and i got back into it. So far it has work for 3 of my friends.

I am still getting the server error message on my chocolate box rewards on my iPhone. Ilheus58 said they cleared out the error several times and that worked. How did you clear out the error please? I tried clicking on the x about 10 times but it didn’t work.

I was so irritated with the chocolate box i finally did this. It worked for a friend of mine also.

I Tapped the Chocolate Box and it gave me the error, I cleared out the error. I tapped the box and I got the error. I did this several times all of a sudden it popped up with information about the box and got me back in.

It is Now November 15 and I still am getting this message! What’s really going on? I’ve logged out and back in. Turned my phone off and then back on…still getting the same message regarding the server issue. What am I doing wrong? Are you still trying to sort out the bugs? Any help appreciated.

@Crazy Cat Lad A fix for this server error with the Chocolate Box was released in the most recent update. Please download the latest update of the game to get the fix.

We have noticed though that this fix haven't fix the issue for all players. So our tech team is continuing to investigate this to find another better fix for it.

The way that this issue is being handled by the tech team is just staggeringly incompetent.

I have never had the chocolate server error in my game @Crazy Cat Lad, but since my app has been updated to the latest version my Chocolate Box has stopped working and is now producing the server error.

my App Store only has 1.214 from two weeks ago…it’s ridiculous it’s been over a week since you posted this and I can’t even download this supposed fix…shameful!

That's exactly what's happening.. it would have been very simple to undo the update that caused the problem.. but its much better if you and me spend money buying stuff instead of getting it for free... I've noticed a lot more adverts popping up trying to get you to buy stuff lately

Just downloaded the update for the iOS (Apple) 11/16/2021 and that did not resolve the chocolate box ongoing issues. And yes I have cleared everything and closed app completely as well as the phone and still the chocolate box is not working. This concerns me that how come there has not been any issues and when an issue like this has happened the developers cannot seem to fix it.

Running 1.125 on Android.. I've reset the server error 3 times and then it says I had a time out on the delux chocolate box and has reset back to the basic one.. out of lives to try it but hopefully this is now fixed for me..

What version of the app fo you have.. latest appears to be 1.125

My chocolate box was working until it got to the upgraded silver box. Now it has the server error again. Help!

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
