Hi team
Please help me fix my candy crush!
Every time I open the app it jumps forward a whole episode without me playing it!! I want to methodically play each one and have been playing it for years.
I have tried all the usual tips and tricks and logged out/uninstalled etc but nothing has worked. It's the same if I am on my phone or on a computer.

Please can you reset my game to level 2150

It is rare this happens in your game 🤔 Is there any chance someone is playing on your account?
It's the only thing I can think of that might be happening.
I will alert @Crazy Cat Lad to reset your levels as the troubleshooting steps have not resolved anything.
Tell me something, those episodes that you have not played are they completed with scores and stars? Could you attach a screenshot please? I will wait for your answer.

There is no chance anyone is playing in my game unless I have been hacked.
I am currently on level 2646 but would like it resetting to 2150....I can't remember the exact level it got all mixed up but 2150 sounds about right.
The future levels all seem to have one star against them which make them look like they have been played but they haven't - screen shot attac

Would you logout of your game on both of your devices, then on your mobile login and Force close the app and restart both your devices making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
Not sure if this will help but it may be worth a try

Please email Player Support directly from the game on mobile.
First make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account so the game can be restored on an account.
Then go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
This is likely to be due to a specific reason, such as your game account being synced with someone else's account or your game account may has been corrupted.
However, in such cases you will get accurate information and solutions from the player support. But, if you do not find a solution from Player Support, please let us know again as we may try to provide a solution through our CM.
