Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

Hi there! If you don't get the banner, try signing in and out. This has fixed it for me.
Hello. One thing I can recommend is logging back in and out of your account. This has made the badge appear for me in the past.

The Milestone banner belongs to the Test group, at the beginning of the feature some players were given the banner through an event and some players received the banner upon reaching Milestone. Gradually this feature is being given to more and more players so you too can be included in the banner feature in future.
This feature cannot be manually added to someone's game, so you may have to wait a little bit.
Although we do not currently have the latest information on feature distribution, we will let you know as soon as we receive any information.

How can I be added to a test group all my friends are showing level banners?

Badges will be awarded automatically. Since the feature is being offered through a few test group, not everyone will get this feature. You are not currently in this test group so you didn't get the feature either, but tasks may pop up in your game in the near future, so always keep the game app updated and keep an eye on events.

Hi @Pusyttnl , the badges that Google is referencing you to are found here in the community in our Contests area. These badges are only for our profile wall here in this community. You can take a look Here to search and apply for those.
Little by little we are reading and seeing more images players post here of their in-game badges. while others like yourself continue to look for them in their game.
The in-game badges are Auto created and and your feedback is a important tool to let Candy Crush know where to focus its attention

Sadly that doesnt help but thnx for the advice, ive also uninstalled it and stuff like that but as i have friends with a badge that just got it automaticly i figure that maybe im doing something wrong. Found on Google click here for badge...etc That lead me here, i read here, post a screenshot but that didnt result in anything
Try signing in and account of your account if you can. I've had that fix the issue for before.
I posted october 5th i passed level 9000 but still no badge for me, i woundering what i have to do to get a 9000 badge?

I have completed the level 3000 but didn't see any milestone challenge in events, should I wait a week to let it reset so then I might see the milestone challenge?

You may want to visit your game store to see if there are any updates pending for Candy Crush Saga
by game store you mean app store? If so then my game is up to date, I even double checked it.

Try this if you are on a mobile device -> Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.

Here is the key to getting that event. -> The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
I take this to mean: Just as you complete a Milestone level such as level 3000, the feature will then appear and you have a certain amount of time to complete it to get to Milestone Banner over your Avatar

Very strange i am a dayly player and i do all challanges candycrush offers and i never see anything like that, guessing i have to wait till i am at lvl 10.000. Thinking about it its very strange i didnt get the complete the challenge for the badge coz as i passed lvl 9000 i remember i got a big bonus and cleared a few episodes. Just to bad candycrush cant help me with anything just pointing a finger at me...
