All my levels are gone!!

I was nearing level 3000 and went into the app and I am suddenly on level 11?? I’m really upset, please help I have been working on this for so long! I logged out and logged back into my King account and still no change.

All my boosters and everything are gone too. I don’t know why its on level 11 either. I was literally playing this morning. What happened???

Hi there, have you tried to sign into a King account (email address)? Levels are linked to an account and can be recovered that way :)
