Customer support is a joke here. I've emailed several times and only receive back automated messages saying "since we haven't heard from you we are closing this case"
Seriously flawed system..

@slshotts77, hechicerilla is right and you have received the #5 reward.
The delivery of the reward looks like my screenshot below, and if you watch the start of your level you will see the #5 rewards being thrown at the board.
You should see 2 colour bombs, 2 striped candy, and three extra moves being thrown at the board,

I am legit very angry about level 6488!!!! Easy enough level but the last cherry doesn’t drop… spent over 80 gold bars to see if it would, it didn’t….. left the level, went back in to try again…… you can continue to pay when all moves are used……… but no amount of money drop the final cherry!!!! Not happy at all, now I’m stuck at this level and out 80 + gold bars!!!!
fix it, perhaps refund your clients
